Batwoman Tutorial (Mask)

Slowing my Roll

Hey everyone, like the rest of my posts this will probably not get any comments lol. Anyways after the month of October, I think I am going to either stop making videos (maybe temporarily), or slow my roll down majorly making them. If I do so I will be making a video about it and posting it here. There are many reasons why. Honestly I love doing videos so much, but I think I am putting way too much effort in it and not getting enough out of it I try hard to do a video every week to two weeks which even some of the top gurus don't do. But I honestly don't get a lot of feedback. I do get some feedback usually from the same people, which I greatly appreciate, You have no idea how your comments make my day. But I have also been getting a lot of hate comments as well *sigh* not a huge deal though since that comes with the territory lol. But it's frustrating to put in a week of editing in my spare time and only get 6 or so comments and 3 of them being OH SHIT UR FUCKING UGLY you know? Also I'm blessed that I have 200 subbies now Thank each and every one of you for taking an interest in my channel! But in the past couple of months I've only had a solid gain of about 9 subbies, (meaning I've had around the same number for almost 6 months) which isn't good =/ I think that the videos I'm putting out now are 10X's better than my previous videos but I'm not seeming to get a good subscription response like I was before. Some people have 50 videos and 10,000 subbies but I have over 100 and have less than 500 subbies. See what I'm saying? Also I've been getting more thumbs downs which is fine but I always always ALWAYS ask for suggestions and almost never get feedback it's so frustrating. I just feel like I'm putting in too much of an effort in this and not getting enough out of it. I feel like with the time I'm spending doing videos that get less than 100 views I can be spending that time studying, getting closer to God, spending time with my family and friends, e.t.c. It's just sad because making videos is like one of my favorite things to do, but it's just not worth it if it's not going anywhere. I think that if I invest in a better camera, buy hundreds of dollars of makeup like the other gurus, and buy the top of the line video editing software, I could go somewhere faster with YouTube. But right now, I just can't do that. I aint rich lol So if anyone cares, I hope you understand, and thank you so much to everyone who takes time out their day to watch, subscribe, rate my videos, or even read this blog post. You truly make my day.

My Take Wet 'n Wild Pencils

Hey Everyone =) This is my review "My Take" on Wet 'n Wild eye/lip pencils. Mink brown, it's a brow and eyeliner pencil. I can't say I 100% like this one because it isn't the color that I wanted. The pencil is misleading because it is black. But if you like to do your brows with a pencil, this would work out for you! I only use this pencil in my lowerlash and water line. I personally prefer to use liquid eyeliners on the upper lashline. Turquoise is a nice pencil for a pop of color with a neutral look! I also like that it has some shimmer as well.  I do however recommend you using a turquoise shadow to set it for more vibrancy. Either one to set or a turquoise base first. Brandy Wine is a nice nude color for women of color. It has a little bit of  little hint of burgundy, just a little. It works well for about 4 hours. It keeps me from having to put lipstick as often. And lastly white. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL! This honestly did not work out for me at all because although it is pigmented in the swatch, it isn't at all on the waterline, which is one of the main uses for white eyeliner pencils. I tried several times but could not pick up the slightest amount of pigmentation.

Pros.
Affordable only $1 each!
pigmented
variety of colors (at drugstore)

Cons.
pencils become dull very easily (after 2-3 uses)
white is not pigmented
lasts about 4-5 hours (if you had a long work day then...)

Well I hope you all enjoyed this review, I was thinking about doing one on Revlon's Photoready foundation but that is so old news now lol. Should I?

Discouraged

Hello. 
If you are a YouTube subscriber reading this, which you're probably not, I just wanted to say I'm discouraged. Very discouraged. Not just with YouTube, but with a lot in life right now. But I'll start with YouTube. So I am blessed to say I have almost 200 subs in less than a year, two of those people are the infamous Andreaschoice and Heather123. That's amazingly awesome. But the rest of you?? I never get any feedback anymore. I used to get a little feedback. Just a little, but now none. Do you not like what I'm doing? am I intimidating? what? Now I only get feedback when someone else is featured in my videos. Sigh. Lord knows I'm not jealous, but it's a little disheartening. A lot of people are grimy users. People act like they'll become rich and famous on YouTube so they smile in your face and stab you in your back. Like seriously, I know you might gain some benefits. But really? Go that low over a free item or two? And now I've received an incredible amount of haters. Just plain evil people. People calling me a nigger and black monkey and ugly dog... All over a simply uploaded video. Another sigh. Don't get me wrong. I love doing my videos, for some reason, it's almost therapeutic. But it just doesn't seem like anyone else loves what I'm doing. I have plenty of friends who know about my channel but they haven't and won't subscribe. True friends right?  Another frustration is Twitter. I made my Twitter thinking I could find yet Another way to communicate with you all, and almost ALL I get, is very rude and hurtful things said to me. (not from my subscribers though). Just yesterday alone, about 30 people took the time out to tell me I look like Courage the Cowardly dog, and my "weave" looks like a mop... Those were some of the nicer things said. But when I say, hey guys which video would you rather see, hauls, fashion, or tutorials? Guess what I hear? *cue cricket noise* Nothing. A third sigh. How do I know what you all want? My last frustration, Camera issues. I know you guys, that airblowing noise is annoying as heck! But I can't do anything about it. My camera quality is average but not good enough. And I can't afford a better camera, because of other financial things I have to take care of. Life was so much easier in high school. So I try to do pictorials, but I guess I failed miserably. I see why now. What was I thinking with those colors? I'll give it one more shot with neutrals, then if that's unsuccessful, I vow to never upload one again. But yeah I was gonna say other problems besides YouTube but I think I've gone on enough. I am passionate about this, but if I don't get any feedback, is this my sign that I just stop? That I'm not cut out for this? *final sigh* until somebody tells me I horribly suck and 50 people thumb it up, I guess I'll keep trying.

Nail Polishes for spring

Hello how was everyone's Easter? hope it was good! =)  Don't you love spring? I DO because after dealing with snow for half the year (no really 6 months!) you can really appreciate seeing the grass! I love spring also because of the fashion =) the bright pastel colors =) and those of you that follow my youtube channel closely know that I love nail polish! I love all kinds of crazy colors lol. Boo Bullies!!!!!

Hey everyone! Long time no see huh? lol Do you like how I redid the place? Lol. Well on a more serious note, this video is about bullies. I had a difficult time dealing with them some years and other times I knew how to deal with them. What do you all think about bullies?
